第8届中越重大灾害性天气研讨会

2007年12月17日－2007年12月19日，第8届中越重大灾害性天气研讨会在越南胡志明市举行。本次会议由越南国家水文气象中心主办，我所黄伟作为中方代表团成员参加了本次会议，并做了口头报告。
